4 Live Entertainment Destinations in Rosemont

Are you staying near O’Hare Airport and looking for a fun night out? The Rosemont area is just five minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Chicago. It’s a popular place for people with overnight layovers or who want to stay outside the city. You’ll find great hotels in Rosemont, along with dining and shopping opportunities. You can also enjoy live entertainment at a number of venues in the Rosemont area.

MB Financial Park

If you’re looking for an evening on the town, head to MB Financial Park. This entertainment complex offers dining, nightlife, and entertainment for adults and families alike. In addition to movies, bowling, and winter ice skating, you’ll find comedy performances at Zany’s, indoor skydiving at iFly, and live music at several venues within the park. This is where the locals go to find fireworks on the Fourth of July, live outdoor concerts in the summer, large open space for pickup sporting games, and ice skating in the winter. Parking is $15, but you can get your ticket validated at any restaurant or at the bowling alley to waive the fee.

Joe’s Live and Bub City

Look for live country music performances at Bub City and Joe’s Live, side-by-side venues within the MB Financial Park complex. Joe’s Live is an intimate concert venue and nightclub that attracts well-known country artists from all over the U.S., and it’s famous for its holiday events around Halloween, New Year’s Eve, and any other occasion that might warrant a big party.  Bub City is a barbecue restaurant attached to Joe’s LIve, but it has its own entertainment stage and hosts live music events.

Rosemont Theater

If you’re interested in stage performances of music and theater, check out the upcoming shows at Rosemont Theatre. This plush 4,400-seat venue offers an intimate space to experience Broadway musicals, concerts by world-class entertainers, live family shows, and other full-scale productions. The Rosemont features extra-wide aisles, on-site parking, and a superior sound system. The theater is a smoke-free and peanut-free environment, for the comfort of people with allergies.

Allstate Arena
